TERMS AND CONDITION TO BECOME AN AUTHORIZED REPRASENTATIVE OF RGCSM

• The person should be citizen of India.
• Age of the person should be more than 18 years.
• For authorized study center 500sqft area is required. The premises should be clean, sufficient and easily accessible for the students under consideration.
• It is expected to have (or easily accessible) basic facilities for students like drinking water, Toilet, first-aid etc.
• The sufficient number of students and course undertaken. The member will have to follow RGCSM guidelines in this regard.
• The expert faculty should be arranged for the students by study center.
• The students should be allowed to do extra practice in free time on first come first basis.
• Free Education for few physically handicapped students.
• Monthly Report to be sent in proper format to regional office by Branch head.
• Sufficient local advertisement and publicity are responsibilities of institute owner. RGCSM will provide guidelines for the same and may help in free publicity
of the events.
• Licensed software has to be arranged by study Centre.
• A written agreement will be signed between the branch head and a representative of RGCSM and the rules mentioned should be followed by both.
• RGCSM can use the space of the branch for organizing Govt. activities or the activities of the organization.
